What is an annual employee wellbeing program?+
It is a structured, year-long program of live wellbeing sessions for your team, rather than a one-off event. With Chakra Hours that means two live 30-minute sessions every month, 24 across the year, planned in advance around your awareness dates, seasons, and workplace stress cycles, and delivered live on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
How much does it cost, how is it billed, and what happens at renewal?+
The program is $1,200 a month, $14,400 for the 12-month year. It is billed monthly at a flat rate, so it forecasts cleanly as a planned annual line item. Near year-end we review your outcome report together and plan the next year, and the program continues month to month unless you tell us otherwise, so there is no gap in coverage.
How many sessions are included, and how often do they run?+
Twenty-four live 30-minute sessions, two every month. We map them to your year in advance, with extra weight on the awareness months your people already notice. Sessions are sized for up to 200 attendees, and recordings go to anyone who cannot attend live.
Does this work for remote, hybrid, and global teams?+
Yes, that is the default. Sessions are live and online, so people join from the office, from home, or while traveling. For distributed or global teams we can run multiple rooms or staggered times across time zones.
How do measurement and reporting work?+
Every year includes a pre-program Workday Wellbeing Audit, a mid-year checkpoint, and a post-program audit. At year-end you receive an annual outcome report with aggregate audit movement, attendance, and feedback, written for HR to share with leadership.
Can we customize which sessions appear in our year?+
Yes. The annual calendar we deliver at kickoff is a recommended starting point. We tailor it to your team's goals, the awareness months you prioritize, and your seasonal pressure points, and we revisit it each quarter.
What is the difference between the Year-Round Program and a class pack?+
A class pack is a focused campaign delivered in a defined window, usually a quarter or two. The Year-Round Program is a sustained 12-month rhythm, twice the sessions, with seasonal planning, predictable monthly billing, and year-over-year outcome reporting. Put simply, a pack is a campaign and the program is a rhythm.
What if we miss a month, or a session needs to move?+
The calendar has flex. If a date does not work, we move that session to the following month or schedule a make-up, so you still receive all 24 sessions across the year.
We already ran a class pack. Does any of that credit apply?+
Yes. If you upgrade within 30 days of completing a class pack, we apply 50% of that pack fee, up to $1,200, as credit toward your first year of the program, so you are not paying twice for the on-ramp.
What do you need from procurement to get started?+
We provide a W-9, COI, and standard MSA on request, along with a plain-language program summary for benefits and finance. We are fully insured, and NET-30 invoicing is available.
