How these numbers are built
Hard-dollar ROI is confined to two levers your finance team already tracks. Absenteeism uses the CDC Foundation figure of $1,685 in lost productivity per employee per year, reduced 3% to 10% among attendees only. Turnover uses the SHRM and Gallup replacement cost of 50% to 200% of salary, held to the 50% floor and applied to a small share of baseline departures. Softer VOI (recovered focus and engagement) is reported separately so it can be discounted to zero without weakening the case. Healthcare-claims savings are deliberately excluded.
