The Founder

Hi, I’m Nina Mua.

“Real wellbeing at work doesn’t come from a platform. It comes from showing up live, with intention, in a space that actually fits the workday calendar.”

As Chakra Hours founder, I started this studio because most corporate wellness programs feel like checkboxes, apps no one opens, one-off events, or generic “lunch and learn” sessions employees skip.

Over the past several years working with companies across Dallas-Fort Worth, and now nationally, I’ve developed The Workday Reset Method™: a 4-pillar framework for sustainable workday wellbeing built on stress physiology research, polyvagal theory, and what actually works in real teams.

Every Chakra Hours session is live, human-led, and designed to give employees practical tools they can carry into the rest of their workday, and the rest of their lives. The result is a structured 12-session curriculum HR teams can roll out across a quarter, grounded in our guide to workplace wellness.

What we believe

Four things we believeabout wellbeing at work.

The principles that shape every program we deliver.

01

Wellbeing belongs on the calendar.

The most reliable way to support employee wellbeing is to make it as accessible as any other meeting, on Zoom, in Teams, or in the conference room your team already uses. Adoption follows convenience.

02

Live, human-led delivery.

A live session creates shared experience, co-regulation, and the kind of attention employees rarely get during the workday. It is the format that consistently drives engagement and follow-through.

03

Curriculum-grade structure.

A four-module, twelve-session curriculum gives HR teams a clear progression to point to, not just attendance. Each lesson builds on the last so the impact compounds across the quarter.

04

HR-ready from day one.

Plain-language framing, science-informed practices, and procurement-ready paperwork (W-9, COI, MSA) on request. Designed to fit how HR and People Ops actually plan and approve programs.
