At Chakra Hours, we bring balance, wellness, and mindfulness directly to the workplace. Our mission is to help professionals reset, recharge, and refocus through on-site yoga, meditation, sound healing, and energy work, all designed to fit seamlessly into the corporate world.

Founded by Nina Mua, a certified yoga instructor and energy healer with a passion for holistic wellness, Chakra Hours transforms offices into spaces of relaxation and renewal. Whether it’s a quick Zen Break or a full Office Reset, our sessions provide employees with the tools they need to relieve stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
