Most first-time teams book the Sound Bath & Guided Relaxation, it is our most requested session and asks nothing of employees but showing up. If your team wants movement, The Office Reset combines yoga and guided meditation and fits a standard meeting room. Both are sized for about 20, with larger groups scaled by adding facilitators or running back-to-back. The Reset Lounge and Silent Reset are the step up for wellness days and special events.
What is the Wellness Reset Lounge and how is it different from a regular session?+
The Reset Lounge is a rotating pop-up activation rather than a single class. Employees come and go individually over a 2- or 4-hour window. Each guest receives a 10-15 minute reset in a zero-gravity chair with headphone meditation, sound bath, and herbal tea. It runs alongside the workday, no need to gather the whole team at once.
Can Silent Reset run outdoors or in a noisy office?+
Yes. Every participant wears wireless headphones and hears the facilitator privately, so the session works in lobbies, outdoor patios, conference floors, or any environment where a quiet room is not available.
What does pricing include and how is it scoped?+
