Wellbeing your team will actually attend.
Live, 30-minute wellbeing sessions led by real facilitators on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, plus onsite across Dallas-Fort Worth. A structured curriculum built on The Workday Reset Method™, not a one-off webinar or an app you have to roll out.
Live · Online or onsite · Up to 100 per session · No app required
Live on Zoom or TeamsNot a recording. Not an app. A real session, live.
Live corporate wellness is a facilitator-led wellbeing session your team attends together, in real time. Because a person is leading it, people show up and take part, in a way they never do with a recording or an app nobody opens. Each session is 30 minutes, sized for up to 200 people, delivered on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or onsite in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Think of it as Zoom or Teams mindfulness classes for companies, run by a real facilitator, on your calendar. Recordings are included for anyone who misses it.

No app, no logins, no employee tracking. Just a calendar invite and 30 minutes.

What 30 minutes earns you.
Every session is a complete unit: structured before, live during, useful after. Built so HR can point to the work, and employees actually use what they learned.
- ✓A pre-session 10-question self-assessment so your team understands its starting point
- ✓A live 30-minute session led by a certified facilitator on Zoom or Teams
- ✓A post-session tools card with practices employees can use independently
- ✓A manager toolkit so leaders can reinforce what teams learn
No app. No login. No employee tracking. Just a calendar invite, a Zoom or Teams link, and 30 minutes.
Built onThe Workday Reset Method™.
Every session moves through four pillars: Reset, Restore, Resource, Renew. The framework that holds the 12-session curriculum together, and makes a Chakra Hours session different from a one-off wellness class.

What 30 minutes actually looks like.
Same structure every time, so the team knows what to expect, and HR can scope the calendar without surprises.
- 0-5 min
Open
Facilitator welcomes the team, frames the topic of the day, and runs a quick body scan or breath check-in. No icebreakers, no introductions, no slides.
- 5-25 min
Practice
The core of the session, live. Breathwork, chair yoga, a sound reset, a guided meditation, or a stress-physiology micro-lesson with a practice. Cameras optional, participation optional.
- 25-30 min
Close
Facilitator names the takeaway, distributes the tools card link, and closes the session on time. The next one is already on the calendar if the team is in a series.
Built for the teams you actually run.
Remote and hybrid teams
Everyone joins from the office, home, or the road, across time zones, from one calendar invite.

Common questions.
What does "live" mean, is the session in person or online?+
Every session on this page is delivered live online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, with a real facilitator, not a recording. Your team joins from anywhere, the office, home, or while traveling. For in-person Dallas-Fort Worth events, see our onsite page.
Can you deliver on Microsoft Teams as well as Zoom?+
Yes. We run live sessions on whichever platform your company already uses, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Your team joins from a single calendar invite, with no new app to install.
Do you work with remote and hybrid teams?+
Yes, that is most of what we do. Distributed teams join live from wherever they are. For teams spread across time zones, we can schedule a time that works for the group or run a session more than once.
How many employees can attend?+
A standard Chakra Hours session is sized for up to 200 attendees per session. Larger groups can be accommodated; mention your team size when you request a quote.
Do employees need anything to participate?+
No app to download. No workout clothes. No mat or equipment needed. Just a Zoom or Teams link and 30 minutes.
What credentials do your facilitators have?+
Our sessions are led by experienced, certified yoga and meditation teachers, plus breathwork and sound practitioners. Every facilitator is fully insured and seasoned with corporate teams, and we are glad to share relevant credentials for your records.
Is this education or treatment?+
Chakra Hours sessions are educational wellbeing programming and are not medical care, therapy, mental health treatment, or personalized nutrition advice. Employees take part within their comfort level and should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concern.
Can we use wellness dollars or benefits budgets?+
Many companies have wellness funds, benefits budgets, or insurance-related wellness dollars that may be applied to live employee wellbeing education. We can provide a program overview, invoice, W-9, and documentation to support your internal approval process.
