An employee wellness day that fits the workday.
Short rotations of chair yoga, live sound bath, and guided relaxation, run in one or two rooms while the workday keeps moving. We bring the facilitators, the instruments, and the schedule. You bring the rooms and the invite.
Two rooms, four rounds, nobody gone for long.
This is the rotation we ran for a 50-person manufacturing site, and the pattern we quote first. Each group is away from work for one 25-minute session at a time.
| Time | Room A · sound bath | Room B · chair mobility |
|---|---|---|
| 9:00 | Load-in, instruments and chairs set | Load-in, chairs in a circle |
| 10:00 | Round 1 · Sound bath, group 1 | Round 1 · Chair mobility, group 2 |
| 10:35 | Round 2 · Sound bath, group 2 | Round 2 · Chair mobility, group 1 |
| 11:10 | Round 3 · Sound bath, group 3 | Round 3 · Chair mobility, group 4 |
| 11:45 | Round 4 · Sound bath, group 4 | Round 4 · Chair mobility, group 3 |
| 12:20 | Pack-down and organizer handoff | Pack-down |
Honest capacity: eight sessions of 12 is 96 seat-visits, so about 48 people get both experiences in one morning. A 50-person site fills it with groups of 10 to 12. For a bigger site we add a round, an afternoon block, or a third room, and the quote says exactly how many people it serves.
Pick the format that fits your rooms and your headcount.

Fifty people through both rooms in one morning.
A 50-person site wanted a real reset without pulling everyone off the floor at once. Four 25-minute sound bath sessions in one room, four chair-based mobility sessions in the other, two facilitators, groups of 10 to 12 rotating through both.
A summit with a quiet room running all day.
An all-hands summit from nine to three: up to twelve 15 to 20 minute chair-based meditation sessions, capped at 15 people each, booked through the company’s vendor onboarding with a W-9, COI, and MSA on file.
An appreciation event for eighty home visitors.
A staff appreciation event for 80 to 90 home visitors at the organization’s downtown offices: a chair-based sound bath experience between ten and two, at a nonprofit rate, with the signed agreement and vendor setup handled a month ahead.

Employee wellness day questions,
answered honestly.
How many people can an employee wellness day actually serve?+
Be honest with the arithmetic. Two rooms, four rounds, 10 to 12 seats each is 80 to 96 seat-visits, which means 40 to 48 people get both experiences in one morning. For a bigger site we add a round, a second block in the afternoon, or a third room, and we say so in the quote rather than promising the whole headcount.
What rooms do we need?+
One or two rooms that can close their doors and hold 10 to 15 chairs in a circle. A conference room works for chair mobility; a quieter room away from the open floor is best for the sound bath. We check the space on the planning call.
Do employees need to change clothes or bring anything?+
No. Every session is chair-based and designed for work clothes. We bring sleep masks and mats for anyone who wants to lie down during the sound bath.
How far ahead should we book?+
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a single-room reset. Four to six weeks for a two-room rotation day, mostly so your team has time to fill the slots. Short notice is fine when our calendar allows it; ask.
What does an employee wellness day cost?+
A two-room rotation day with eight sessions and two facilitators is $3,600 all-in. A single-room reset starts at $900 for The Office Reset or $1,200 for a sound bath. The drop-in Reset Lounge is $1,250 for two hours or $2,500 for four. Every price includes facilitators, equipment, and travel within Dallas-Fort Worth.
Can this be part of a health fair or benefits fair?+
Yes. Most fairs use the drop-in Reset Lounge alongside the benefits tables, and some add a scheduled sound bath in a side room. We handle the experiential stations only; screenings and enrollment stay with your benefits vendors.
Are you insured, and can procurement approve you?+
Yes. We provide a W-9, a certificate of insurance, and a standard MSA on request, and we can register in your vendor system. NET-30 invoicing is available.
Can we repeat it each quarter?+
Many teams do. After the day we send a recap and hold a date for the next quarter; nothing renews unless you confirm it.
Give your team a day that feels nothing like work.
Send the brief and you will have a rotation plan and a quote tomorrow.
