We deliver to ERGs at the ERG’s discretion. Many Women’s ERGs run sessions for ERG members and allies; some run women-only sessions. Either is welcome.
It varies by company. Some ERGs have direct budgets; others get funding through HR, DEI, or company-wide wellness budgets. We can provide documentation that supports either path.
