Are sessions only for women employees?+

We deliver to ERGs at the ERG’s discretion. Many Women’s ERGs run sessions for ERG members and allies; some run women-only sessions. Either is welcome.

How do we pay for this, does the ERG have its own budget?+

It varies by company. Some ERGs have direct budgets; others get funding through HR, DEI, or company-wide wellness budgets. We can provide documentation that supports either path.

Can we co-program with other ERGs?+

Absolutely. Cross-ERG programming (e.g., Women’s ERG + Mental Health ERG, or Women’s ERG + Working Parents ERG) is one of the highest-engagement formats we see.

Do you offer DEI-specific sessions?+

All Chakra Hours sessions are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. We can also customize framing language for specific DEI programming intent.
