How much does a corporate health fair cost in Dallas?+
For the experiential side, The Reset Lounge Fair is $1,250 for the full two-hour Wellness Reset Lounge with two facilitators, the same price as booking the Lounge on its own. The Signature Reset Fair is $4,500: the four-hour Lounge, one facilitated station of your choice, an onsite event lead, and an Impact Recap report delivered within 48 hours. Add-on facilitated stations are from $900 per 2 hours each, and larger, multi-day, or multi-site fairs are quoted custom. Pricing is all-in for facilitators and equipment at a standard DFW location; travel beyond the metroplex is added to the quote.
Do you handle the screenings and flu shots too?+
No, by design. We bring the experiences; your benefits broker brings the screenings. Most DFW brokers and carriers already have biometric screening and immunization partners, and our stations are built to run alongside them so employees have a reason to stay at the fair once the clipboard part is done.
Can our wellness dollars pay for the fair?+
Often, yes. Many fully insured group plans include annual wellness funds, sometimes called wellness dollars, and health fairs, mindfulness workshops, and yoga commonly appear on carriers’ eligible-category lists. You pay us, we give you an itemized invoice, and you submit it to your carrier for reimbursement. Ask your benefits broker or carrier account manager whether your plan has funds left this year; they usually reset annually and are use-it-or-lose-it.
Where in Dallas-Fort Worth do you run health fairs?+
Anywhere across the metroplex. We are based in North Dallas near the Galleria and bring the full setup to offices, hotel ballrooms, conference centers, and event venues from Dallas and Fort Worth to Plano, Frisco, Irving, Las Colinas, Addison, Richardson, Allen, Arlington, and Grapevine. For venues in the metroplex we can usually do a same-week site visit to walk the floor plan with you.
How many employees can the stations handle?+
The Reset Lounge moves roughly eight to twelve people through per hour as a drop-in, and chair yoga, breathwork, and sound bath stations run rotating groups of about 10 to 15. For fairs of several hundred employees we add stations or facilitators so lines stay short. Share your expected headcount and we will scope the right mix.
How much lead time do you need, and can you invoice us?+
Three weeks is comfortable: you book, we do one planning call and send the COI and W-9, and we arrive on fair day with everything. Shorter timelines often work for DFW dates, so ask. NET-30 invoicing is available and purchase orders are welcome.
